Built for beginners to experts the Ride DVA snowboard binding for women offers a great amount of play and precision. The guys at Ride combined a versatile medium flex with a lightweight strong chassis to produce a binding that loves to freestyle and charges anything in its path. This binding offers a nice flex from side-to-side, without sacrificing on heel-side response when you’re carving fast. During our test we hit numerous bumps and the DVA absorbed the vibrations pretty well. It offers a nice layer of protection under your boots. Overall the ride is comfortable and playful. The binding’s canted footbeds eliminated fatigue in our knees and allowed us to charge from dusk till dawn. When you strap this binding to a more rocker-focussed snowboard you will notice the footbeds also help to leverage more control over the board’s tip and tail. The Ride DVA has been around for a long time now, but remains a good buy for those who want an easy, responsive and comfortable binding.
