Review

With its funky, weird new shape the Lib Tech Travis Rice all-mountain freeride snowboard will surely get everyone’s attention. This Lib-Tech snow received the 2016 Good Wood Award by Transworld Snowboard Magazine for its great overall performance. This board’s lightweight hardwood core provides stability and stiffness, while the special Magne-Traction edges allow you to ride easily on hard or icy snow. It has a pretty stiff flex which is quite nice for hard-charging and it will also give you quick response and control at high speed. This board sometimes feels a bit hooky at low speed but it’s camber profile makes it loose and forgiving. When it comes to edge hold, this board really shines especially when you laying down some deep carves. The Lib Tech Travis Rice is built to go bigger and steeper.
