Review

Business in the front, party in the back: the Rossignol XV Magtek snowboard has arrived! This freeride board is built for experienced riders who like riding powder but don’t mind taking on the hard stuff. The guys at Rossignol teamed up with Xavier de le Rue who is well known for his adventures aggressive style and designed a board that offers tons of fun. Its Tapered Directional shape with Magnetraction is quite unique and it’s something that has almost become a rare sight. However this setup offers a snappy and quick, yet forgiving feel. This board rides consistent, predictable and is capable of handling any kind of snow condition: from powder to groomers. It’s surfy quick from edge to edge allowing you to make tight short carves on narrow steep terrain. Overall the Rossignol XV Magtek is an unique freeride snowboard that will appeal to lots of riders.
